Unlocking super host

Hi 

I am meeting all requirements for Super host status with the assessment period ending 14 October 2017. However the right hand side comment now mentions that I am nearly reaching super host status and if I keep up the good work will do so on the 1 Jan 2018.

The standards assessment update date is listed as  13 Oct 2017 so I still within the assessment cut off period.

How can I query this with airbnb as this is disappointing if I miss out due to them assessing too early.

Hi Jeanna,

I have messaged Airbnb support directly with this same question.  The part that isn't clear includes that the assessment period is reviewed quarterly of your performance over the past 12 months. I did mention to them that this simply was not clear in the quarterly review posts held on my account.  They are hopefully changing their wording.  Hope this helps.
