Unprocessed payment

Hi , I have an apartment that I’ve rented and I haven’t received the money yet due to needing a dollar account that I’ve afterwards did and every time I enter my account number and IBAN it says ( error payee not specified ) -(check iban) and I’ve contacted the bank and they re-confirmed my iban number and yet I can’t get through with this issue .

kindly note I’m in Egypt 

and please help solve this issue as soon as possible your instant attention is needed
