Upcoming Reservations for Multiple Listings - separating each listing

I have listings in two different states, Hawaii and Alaska.   I would like to separate them so that I can provide my cleaning crews their schedules.  I have done the "export to excel" option and then I have to sort out the separate upcoming reservations every week. This is tedious and time-consuming and also exposes me to tranfer errors.  Does Airbnb have the option to export each of three listings separately?

Allthough the "reservations list" has a filter, it's not possible to filter on a certain listing.

As an alternative maybe you could use the CSV download from Transaction History pages (Future Transactions), which has the option on top to select a certain listing.

Added: maybe the new "team" option can also do the job for you, making the cleaners part of the team, so they get the information automatically ?

Hey @Andrea2287  I  have a handful of rentals (dotted around), so I feel your pain!  I use property management software as I get too bogged down in scheduling cleanings and dealing with messages otherwise!
