Upcoming first booking

I have my first booking on June 20th and I am not exactly sure what I should message them prior. I assume the door code but is there anything else? I have a welcome letter, clear rules and a large binder with local info that I will leave on my dining room table. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Offcourse they need the self-check-in-code, but remind them in a polite way they should not let themself in before check-in time. You could mention what you wrote here above and also include the usual hospitality sentences ("feel free to ask..., if you need anything..., enjoy your stay etc..). And are there instructions/manuals how to use your new dryer/washing machine ?
