I have 2 rooms. A guest tried to book one, it got to the verification point. Then he decided to make a new account and he booked my other room, which is now booked and confirmed and verified etc. But I am left with my other room being blocked off because of the verification process.
It has been 16 hours now and it is still blocked off, it says it needs to be done within 12 hours. I have even declined the booking, so it is fully cancelled. So why is it still blocking me?

Even after 24 hrs it hadn't cleared. It was a glitch. Even the support couldn't remove it. They had to send it to the technical team. So if I had waited it would never of cleared.
