Verification problem

Hello 

I'm trying to make a reservation in Delhi, and I've been asked to verify my identity with a passport and a selfie. 

I got a link for making the selfie throw air bnb app, and I've encountered an error in the process- each time I'm trying to make the picture (with several divices ) , there is only an oval frame without any button to press in order to make the picture.  I've tired different ways (clicking the screen in several places, placing my face in the middle and wait..) but nothing is working, so I can't make reservations abroad (for domestic reservations apparently I don't need to confirm my identity ).

Anybody encountered and solved this problem?
