I tried to upload my on to the page that asked me to verify my ID

and I am unable to upload my j.peg file from my computer pictures file.

The system tells that my files are too big and that my file cannot exceed 8mg.

I am not too sure how to cut my file down to make it 8mg.

I am uploading my driver's license the front and the back.

Frankly, I don't see why I need to upload the back part of my driver's license?

Photoshop is the most common software that allows you to choose the size of the downsampled Jpeg. There are other ways just have to figure out what software you use to edit Jpgs and figure out how to make a smaller file.
