Very Late Payout

I am increasingly frustrated trying to figure out how to get a specific question answered here.

I have a transaction from September 12 that has been pending and I have never had a payout come so late.

Who can I contact to give me information about this? It was a three day booking and the guests have since checked out.

Any help or contact information appreciated!

I have a similar problem (payment pending since 9/6) and I can't find any information on it.

Help Air BnB!

@Shane-and-Makiko0 and @Lisa289, if you type 'How to contact AirBnB' in the 'search for anything' box on the top right-hand side, many possibilities will come up.

You can also google 'AirBnB contact number in XXX' [country].

You can reach them via the Help link at bottom of this page.

Or via Facebook.

Or – if you have a Twitter account - try twitter@airbnbhelp. It’s said there’s a quick response.

I strongly recommend you go through this link carefully in order to become familiar with how BNB functions.

Essential reading for hosts.

Also contains a link with several international phone numbers (‘Contact AirBnB’).

Thanks for the response Donna. I did end up calling airbnb this morning (no hold time!) and I wished I had called sooner as there was an error that they quickly corrected and my payout will be transferred in the next 24 hours. The number I called was 855 424 7262. From what I had read on the contact information page, calls are discouraged and meant for emergencies only, so I was trying to figure out another route to get my question answered.

I would definitely call before trying any of the other communication options in the future and would like to share that the "HELP" link is no help at all and simply had me going in circles with NO option ever presented to contact airbnb via email, chat, or any other way. I'm not sure how people seek help on the FB page- when I looked I could see no way of sending them a message other than posting on the page itself which clearly people aren't doing.  I don't have a twitter account and don't plan to get one. In summary, I don't believe there are "many possibilities" for actually contacting airbnb and will keep this phone number handy for anything that comes up in the future.

I just found the “pending payment “ under my stats. There was a $200 payment sitting out there for me. I messaged them a couple of hours ago and it is already resolved. I will keep my eye on that statistic.
