Hi Lisa - I suppose some folks do create a video as part of their verifications but I would tell the guests that you're not going to do that and that they will have to accept the verifications you currently offer.  Best regards, Roger

Your guest wants YOU to make a video? Or he needs to make one? I've never heard of Airbnb asking for video verification.
