View a potential guests profile

I know I am probably being a numbskull, but I just got an inquiry and I can't view the persons profile. I'm sure I've done this before. Is the format different on a tablet than on my computer?

I think on a tablet (or phone) in the app you have to go into the message area, scroll down then scroll back up and you'll see the three options of the profile, the booking and the messages.  

But in the app you can't just click on the person's pic/name.  You have to get to it through the options bar at top of inquiry record.

What about on a laptop? This is the third person requesting a stay at my place, whose profile I couldn't see. I can't figure this out. I don't want to keep turning people away, but I won't book without a profile and a picture. Help!

I agree with you that Airbnb should require this. I am having the same problem. In addition, the potential renter doesn't give any information on why she and her group will be in my area. She simply writes, Thanks for opening up your home to us, or something to that effect. Very weird. However, if she gives me information on what brings her to my city, I plan to rent to her anyway based on two positive reviews.
