Can anyone tell me how "master" whose profile picture was a grassy field was able to be given 6 verifications?, of course i did not accept him.

Just means he has provided lots of verifications to AirBnB, but then changed hisi profile pic - I wouldn;t accept either without a profile pic. Lots of hosts do the same....
