I have received voucher from you on 07 of October 2015, and I want to use it today so it would not expire, but it said that it had expired?! How come that that is possible ? In the mail it said that it is valid for one year afted it was issued, so I shuld be able to use it today - ONE YEAR AFTER! 

I hope that you can help me with this.

Hi, Anamarija.
The same thing happened to me today. I received the voucher as congratulations from Airbnb for good Superhost status. The email from Airbnb says the voucher lasts one year (expiring Jan 2019), but when I tried to use it today, the system said it had expired.
I am 100% certain that I have not used it already. I would really like to use it.
Any suggestions or solutions?
