W8 BEN FORM

Hello, last week i received a meesage from airbnb team for tax forms, so i added my W8 BEN form to my account 

but airbnb still costs me withholding tax 😕 

i messaged to the team but still didnt get any reply and waitin excitedly for support team's response 🙂

can anyone help me?
