I am offering the 10% weekly discount to my guests.
However, when my first guest has booked and paid out, the discount was not applied and I am not sure neither why nor how to fix the problem.
Can somebody help me please?

I just took a look at your listing and your weekly discount shows that it is 0% so that is why there was no discount given.
