What is the way to be a superhost ? (recommandation/tips)

Hi Everyone,

We are new on Airbnb as an host member. We would like to have recommandation.tips about the community. 

Is it that hard to get the statut Superhost ? I mena is it very common to get 5 stars from the hosts ? Even if the accomation is  very clean and 100% authentique (picture and description ). Do you ask yours guests for the 5 stars ? 

What were your beginner mistakes ? What will you do if you can restart from 0 ?
