Where can I see a Special Offer that I've sent to a potential guest?

Hello,

 

I've sent a special offer to a guest, but it's my first time using it and would like to view it so I know it was sent correctly.  Is there somewhere I can see the Special Offers I've sent out?  (there is nothing showing up in the message queue with that guest).
