Where did Saved Messages Go?

Having some issues today with messenging. 1st it kept giving me an error saying I didn't have access to a specific guest thread and now it's no longer showing the saved messages option. Any one else having this issue?

Saved messages are now stored in your message Templates section on your desktop profile. You can create new ones and edit existing from there.
