Click the Account tab in the black bar across the top. Then, in the list under Notifications, click Payout Preferences. You have three choices, but they're all explained there. Most people seem to choose direct deposit, probably to get money faster and easier and avoid a third-party transaction process taking a percentage for their pass-through service (typically around 3%). People might accept that fee to protect their bank accounts, though. Life is full of tradeoffs!
