Who initiates checkout?

I'm new to all this and my one guest left early this morning, and it's not showing them checked out. How do I get my reservations to show that they checked out?

Airbnb has no idea your guests have departed. It happens automatically usually within a few hours after check out. Sometimes you can refresh your reservations page and it will drop off.

Thanks Elaine!! I had two checkouts today... one has updated... the other has not.
