When my auto response message goes back to guests it asks if they have food allergies and or any breakfast foods they don't eat. Firstly this shows you care and second you won't waste food. I get as any vegetarians and vegans as I do meat abd dairy eaters it seems.
How to cook bacon like a pro. 1. Cut the package of bacon in half 2. Lay out 4 half piece of bacon on baking parchment , fold paper over. Repeat and freeze. When needed take out one pack per person, put bacon on backing tray and bake in prewarmed 425 F oven for 12 minutes (check so you know the timing for your oven). Bacon will be flat, look bigger so you end up using 2 full slices per person.
