Why can't I see my listing?

I recently published my place , named Eli studio but when I tried to find in the listed  homes I can't see it.What can I do to publish my listing?

You need to wait up to 24 hours after publishung before listing is integrated in the search system.

But it is in the search system now:

(maybe zoom in some more on the map when searching)

Hi Emiel,thank you for your quick responce but I have an other question about 20 % discount for first guests.If I change my mind and want to refuse this discount what is the way to do this?I  tried to find the way  but not successful.
