Why do people have multiple listings for same property?

I see multiple listings for the same property and I'm wondering why they do that? Do they get more bookings by doing so?

@Hollie6 no, it is for different rooms in the same house for example. They list each room separately and then list the whole house if someone wants to book the whole property and they link the calendars. Or someone might have same decoration, I have 4 apartments and 2x2 are literally the same and in the same address.
