My listing doesn't show, although on my hosting account, it shows as listed and the calendar dates are free.
Even when I have logged in from a friend's account and targetted the zone specifically, it does not appear.
I am an experienced Airbnb host. I have checked all possible settings.
My other listing in the same property does come up in search. It is booked until mid February, so, rightly, not available for those dates in search.
Can the fact that I have 2 properties listed for the same property affect the second "ghost" listing? https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/21863081
@Isabel302, it is puzzling that you could not find the other listing!
I usually search by opening a new "Private Window" in my browser, so that no settings or preferences are carried over from anyone's account.
I did find both listings by limiting the map to your specific neighborhood and searching. The older listing was on the first page, at #11. The second listing (the newer?) was on the 4th page.
So it is good that I could find it, but bad that you could not.
Perhaps other hosts could shed some light on the mystery?

@Isabel302 did you look at your statistics pages for the amount of views ?
Best,Emiel
It's good to know that you could find it Matthew. Thanks!
Emiel, good suggestion, I'll try that. Thanks!
No, I searched from a new private window in my browser. The problem listing didn't show.
Also, the viewings stats showed 0 viewings and 0 bookings for the last 30 days. for BOTH listings.
This is especially strange as my other listing was actually booked yesterday, so it must have been viewed before being booked!
@Isabel302, if AirBnB offers you the chance to promote your listings with a special discount, maybe you should take it.
Maybe that will convince the "secret" listing to come out of hiding.
Hi I have the same problem, my property never shows in the search unless I put the town name in the search, as it’s a small town most people would not know it. Even when I use filters specific to my property I still have no luck. The help centre are unable to help me and just keep fobbing me off. Not a good start with Airbnb, I’m very disappointed can anyone help please!!!!!!!!
