Why is Airbnb asking me to take a photo of myself? Can't make a booking

Why is Airbnb asking me to take a picture of myself, when I have already verified everything, uploaded my government photo ID, and have been using Airbnb for over a year now?  

I can't do it because:

--my computer doesn't have a camera

--I can't do it using the Airbnb app because my iPhone can't download the app--it wants iOS 9.0 or higher

So I cannot make any bookings now.  I really don't get it.  I wish Airbnb would let us email them directly.  Do they have tech support?

Why do you feel it's 'terrorising' for you to provide a photo of yourself? @Joseph1784 ?

It's important for hosts to know the person who booked is the person who stays at their accommodation.

Perhaps you should mind your own business! If I have been using Airbnb for a very long time this is no longer relevant!
