I have read the FAQ on payouts for AirBNB and I see that they generally process payment after 24 hours of check in. I also noticed that as a host I can set a minimum amount required before they will pay me out.
What I want to know is if I can set up my payments to come out monthly at a certain amount so I can spread out my seasonal income throughout the year.
One possibility is to set a very high payout # (like if you earn about $2000 in a month, set it for that amount) and check in a few days before it's set to go through. Say you only earned $1500 that month and it wont be paying out on time, then lower your payout to $1400. Or say you've already earned $1900 and have another $500 coming the next day, then raise it to $2400 so that last amount makes it into this months payout. It might take a little work but you can probably get it to come through around the same date each month this way.
