Work collection, when is it awarded?

I was wondering if it’s enough to have a 4.75 (4.8) rating, like for Superhost, or you really need to reach the full 4.8 rating to be included in the work collection?

I’ve made my calculations and in the past 365 days we are already above 4.75 but still not in the work collection, so should I wait for the beginning of the month for it to be awarded?

Can you look at "opportunities" under the "performance" tab and see if "work collection" appear as a button there? If so, there should be a list over what you need to work on in order to achieve work collection. 

Here are the requirements listed on my "work collection" tab: 

Overall rating: 4.8

Flexible or moderate cancellation: yes

Self check-in: yes

Business amenities: 9

Tips reviewed: at least 5

Check-in rating: 4.8
