Wrong data on my listing

Help please

I added my zip code (Eircode in Ireland) but now my address in the listing is wrong.

The zip code is correct, but Airbnb doesn't recognise the 'neighbourhood'.

They will not let me correct this myself and now they're uncontactable by phone or email.

Can anyone help?

I have had no new bookings since this happenened
