Wrong price calculation

I have been receiving customer feedback that the pricing seems to change every time they check my listing for the same dates, although the pricing on my end has not been altered. I have just checked the prices for booking my unit in the period of January 2018 and I see the prices calculated from a daily price of $113 before adjusting for weekly discounts, cleaning, etc. However, every day is priced at $110 on my calendar so can $113 be used as a base price to start with? This pricing dysfunction may be costing me bookings so I would like to gain clarity on this issue.

I'm Prashant, a traveler and Airbnb employee. I checked your beautiful listing and it seems like you've turned on the smart pricing for your listing. If your listing has a smart pricing, our system will select best price on daily basis for your listing between minimum and maximum amout you've selected. Apart from that you've selected weekend prices as well and that's the reason, there's a different price on Fridays and Saturdays.
