I recently hosted a guest for 1 night and wifi was down. I'd like to offer a 50% refund. Does that sound fair and could someone help me in order to do so on the airbnb website?
Overly generous I would say, how much did your guest use in Electricity, Gas and Water, and any food & beverages you may have provided, I think you could calculate this and allow him these cost for free, I think 50% because of internet outage is ridiculous.
