about money

Hello,

I have a guest who came on June 16th. From his account the agency took the money, mounts before when he made reservation. Usually we get money day after guest arrival, but this time i didnt. Can somebody tell me with who I am supposed to talk?

Thanks!

I've had similar situation.  I had bank information set up and deposits were being made.  I added a preference becuase I wanted to switch accounts and on my side I see the initial test deposit went through on June 15th but no deposits from last 3 reservatioins have been deposited.  I switched back my default in hopes they will start happening again.  Any advice on when those transactions should be deposited or how I check on it?

Airbnb always take the money at the time of booking and release to host 24hours after the guest has checked in.

If you have been receiving previous payment and this one hasn't come in the you can contact Airbnb although do check your chosen pay-out method against the approximate length of time it takes fund to be transferred and also allow for weekends. I have not been paid for 2 reservations in a row. The first should have been paid out on June 9th, the other should have been paid today June 18th. There isn't even a showing of any transactions from these reservations, only my emails accepting their reservations and correspondence. No response from Airbnb. "Andrew" came on line to chat with me about it once when I first wrote to get answers on June 10th. All he wrote was "funds have been released" and went offline and never heard from anyone again dispite many more trys at getting an answer to this problem. I checked my preferences and they are the same as always. I will have to withdraw my property from Airbnb if I don't get some answers soon. I can't afford to host people I don't know and not get paid as promised. Very disappointed with this whole process. Very Disapointed.

Thank you for the information and especially the phone number. I don't text or twitter, so the old fashioned way of talking to a warm voice (hopefully) will be my final avenue to a resolution to not getting the released funds to my account as they always had before.
