Hi Guys,
My account has been temporarily deactivated due to an unknown guest attempt to use a fraudualent card to make payments. Airbnb customer service has asked me to respond to their message within 48 hours if i want my account to be reactivated . I have contacted the Airbnb customer service severally hoping for feedback . They said that the specialist handling the case will get back to me. It's been almost two weeks and still no feedback.
This is very worrying . I need help !!!!!
What should i do ?
