add or change my searchable location

my property is in Makaha but since there is no post office in Makha my location is set to my mailing address (City of  Waianae). So, when I do a search for Makaha my listing does not appear at all. However, all the other listings around my physical location come up. Why do theirs apear and not mine? The problem is, Wainae is much broader of an area and Makaha (where my propert is) is the more desireable beach town that is within the city limits of Waianae.
