adding photo and/or map image to message

I see this has been asked a couple of years ago, but it doesn't (yet) look like it can be done?  WHY?????

I find many guests actually don't bother reading directions, but will look at an image, and as my apartment is a little tricky to locate, a photo is the best way to direct guests.

Please, how do I add a photo to a message?

I work on a desktop 95% when messaging guests.  This is frustrating!!!

on a desktop you can't do it. You only can do it by using the AirBnb-App.

I don't understand the diffence in handling, too!

When my guest need specified advice that will be better explained by sending a photo, I switch to the app.

Thanks for your answer Denis.  I don't understand why AirBnB  wont allow it on desktop, which is where my photo/life is.

@Christina834 Did You send them a feedback about your issue? I did in several cases.

Well, I'm not sure if they ever consider our input. But the more we communicate the same problems on official channels, the more they might accept the need of changes apart from their own ideas.
