airbnb cancelled my Listing and no proper response from any of the service person

i am the new user in airbnb and i was not aware of the policies completely. one of the client was asking for viewing through chat and I mistakenly provided my friend number to contact for viewing. later only realised the mistake and responded accordingly the client. however airbnb person Maggie deactivated my listing and I did sent so many apologies through mail and call and they are not responding properly. 5 phone calls I made and no one connect me the call to the right person. I feel very worst experience. I got an email asking to create new listing now and I am still not sure what Will happen to the existing reservation on that listing and no response for that too. I am currently in a holiday with my family and this issue gives more pain and I may loose huge money because I decided to put my property in airbnb instead of rental. also due to this deactivation I missed one of the reservation for 8 days and I lost that money. every one on this world does mistakes but they should have given a warning instead of deactivation since airbnb they have a system to check and hide the contact details through chats.

just spoke again to one of the person Chris and he doesn't want to hear my concern and just spoke as usual and he himself disconnected the call. very bad experience.

keep sending emails but no response from the trust and safety team.
