availabilities

Hi

People I know have been trying to make a booking on dates that are avaialable however the system just returns with "Those dates are not available"  Please can someone help??

@Rachael5 Can you specify which dates people want to book and are availble but are rejected?  I looked at your listing and it looks like you have blocked off (made unavailable) Monday - Wednesday  consistently until August.  From August forward your entire calendar is blocked for reservations.  Is this what you intended?  I block dates that are 4 or months away just for my own convenience.  

A concrete example would be helpful!

I am having a similar problem. My current guests (I own a hostel) tell me that on the AirBnB site it shows that I am full with no availability, when in fact I am very much available.

I have improperly clicked something I am sure, but I don't know what.

Any thoughts?

@Hostel-Casa-Nativa0  Check your availability settings under Manage Listing.  Looks like you have selected a date range beyond which you don't want to have guests.  The Availability Setting is to the right of your calendar on the uppper right hand corner.  Hope this helps!
