Hi,

We have a group of about 50 listings on Airbnb.  There is a lot of activity each month.  I am trying to reconcile our account.   We post payments received to a clearing account in our accounting program and then post a funds transfer  from that account into our checking account to match the deposits Airbnb makes into that account.

I'm trying to find a report that would show me the balance in Airbnb at month end, ie money earned but not transfered over to our checking account by Airbnb yet.   

Is there a report like that?
