If a client has accepted the deal with AIRBNB but decides that on checking the accommodation that for reasons he alone knows decides he does not want to stay there and does not stay. Can the guest have a refund ? yes or no. Latest reply by Helen3

I read ( and still read in the help center) that reviews are only published once both host and guests complete their review.I had guests where I preferred not to leave a review.However, the guests review was published.How can that be? Latest reply by Kelly149

When viewing my listing, Airbnb has the incorrect airport listed for my location, which is 70 miles away and not the airport anyone uses. I can't change it to read Melbourne International or Orlando Airports which are the closest to my location. Any ideas...
