I am not able to understand how to do the listings. It's very confusing. I need help.
Today a guest had requested booking for 17th and I don't remember accepting as it was very low pricing, still it showed I have accepted???
And it looks like I will not make any profit at the price the website is suggesting. At that price even assuming I get bookings for all the 30 days of the month still it is less than renting out the property. Also when I am hosting for Airbnb, I have to pay electricity bills, provide all the facilities like bedsheets, towels and cutleries and tea, coffee and also I have to get it cleaned.
So in short I will be getting less money, more effort if I rent it to Airbnb.
Worst thing is I don't get help regarding entering information about my house. Very sad.
If you want to help me please give me a number to whom I can call and learn how to do the listing properly - preferably an Indian.
I can't make out  anything and it is very frustrating.

You probably have Instant Book turned on if reservations are confirmed automatically:

Price tips from Airbnb are useless, make you own price for the listing.

Your listing looks allready fine, but it needs some tuning.

It mentions 2 guests, 1 bedroom , but in the description you mention 2 bedrooms or even the whole house ? If you want to rent each room seperately, you should create a listing for each room.

Please note you have a special offer turned on (20% discount for the first three guest who book a trip until may 26)

Thank you very much Emiel! I see what i can do.
