billing error by Airbnb

Airbnb has charged less to the guest where I  have no knowledge of changing the rate. How do I contact Airbnb customer service ?

In terms of your question, if you mean that you have received less than you expected, this help guide about how payouts are calculated might answer your question - it could be to do with the service fees charged by airbnb. This help guide about how prices are determined may also be helpful.

 

If it is that the guests were charged a slightly different amount, this thread discusses this issue - it may be to do with the conversion rate.

I seem to have the same problem as Takako. My guest says she is being charged more than what her booking states, and this is even more than what I have been advised.

How do you contact a real person at Airbnb to sort this out? There does not seem to be any options in the help screen and they do not give out e-mail contact for billing problems.
