booking date anomalies between my PC and the App

Help!

On my PC the dates for all guests are entered correctly both on the hosting side and, if I am browsing, as a guest. However when I checked the App the dates are different. eg I have guests booked until 6th August (check out date 10.00hrs), further guests arrive 14th August (check in date 16.00hrs). Therefore in theory I should be able to get a booking from 6th August @16.00hrs  to 14th August @ 10.00hrs. as we do a  hour changeover changeover.
In reality if I browse the app as a potential guest I only see the 7th August to 11th August as available. Even taking into account the weird way AirBnB show changeover days this is a glitch in the system yes?
