calendar conflict?

I have received a request for a booking for July 14-16.  I have  a another booking that starts on July 16th.  On the request it says "You can’t pre-approve this guest because these dates aren’t available on your calendar".  I don'tunderstand why it is doing this.  The guest that is requesting 14-16 would check out at 11 and the next guest would check in at 3.  Why will it not let them book those dates?  On the calendar those dates are open.

Have you tried changing your check out time?

I have a check out time of 11 and a check in time of 3.  I double checked

Have you set a requirement to leave at lease one day between bookings for cleaning, etc...?

No, we don't have any days set aside between bookings for cleanings.  I double checked that as well
