can't add credit card to profile

I am having a terrible time trying to add my credit card to my profile. For whatever reason, the Airbnb site won't accept it, either trying to add the card to my profile or adding during the reservation process. I have spoken with their customer service department at least 15 times in the past week or so, and each person has told me something different. I have contacted my bank twice to make sure there is no block, etc., on the card and there isn't. I am at my wit's end.

Has anyone else experienced this?
