Help Center results for ‘hello i am not happy about the new regulations for cancellation.if someone cancel a week before for christmas,how am i suppose to get new guests.at least before strict was the full price either they come or not. ’

@JeanMarc30  You will only get 50% until 7 days before. You can call and ask to be invited to the Super Strict 30 day or Super Strict 60 day policy. With your prices you have a good arguement for them to accept you. I would at least call an try.
