@Alexander211  I don't understand what is the problem when you state "cancellation doesn't work".  Please add more information and I would be happy to see if I can help and probably other hosts could help as well.

I'm having the same problem: when I click on "cancel", nothing happens. It's as if AirBnB doesn't want me to cancel. It's the same problem in Safari and Chrome. Now I have a slower response rate. Great!
