cancellation penalties

I got penalty for cancelling 2 reservation, the penalty is that i will get deduct $50, but now i got deducted $6AUD for the penalty, can i know why?? please help

Normally, if you cancelled 2 reservations, you will get 2- $50 penalties, but it looks like they are waiving one fee.  They will be converted into the currency payout you are receiving, which may be in AUD.

You should check out the website and it's extenuating circumstances policy, if it falls into this policy those fee's can be removed. Also there's other reasons as to why they remove those penalties, I remember something to do with istant book reservations allowing 3 free cancellations a year so it's worth giving them a call to see if there's something that can be done! 🙂
