cancellation policy for hosts

i had a dupe listing and got double booked by the instant book system.  when i contacted the guests to cancel and correc tthe error, airbnb automatically posted a "cancel" notice on my reviews.  how do i get this removed or talkto someone at airbnb about the problem?
