Hello, I am wondering how I can change my cancellation policy to "super strict"? We live in a very seasonal location and people tend to reserve in advance. It will ruin me if someone cancels only 7 days ahead of reservation. I am not doing this for a hobby and have run my small inn for 14 years in Friday Harbor. I begrudgingly joined AirBnB because I think it attracts great people, and the corporate hell world has made it to our tiny Island and they'll put me out of business if I don't hop on the wagon. How the heck do you contact anyone? Very frustrating! Kind of like Oz!
