cancellation process

Hi,

I have has to cancel a booking.  It was done with in a few hours of him booking. He is asking for a refund but i cant see a refund button or any money on our Air bnb account. Has he paid? i dont know..

If you cancelled a booking, the guest will automatically get a refund. You don't need to do anything else. A 'review' will also appear on your listing stating that you cancelled and the days will be blocked so that no one else can book.
