what do I have  to do to keep superhost status ?

The best thing to do, would be indeed to contact Airbnb (as @Ricardo85 suggested already)

As you can possible claim: Extenuating Circumstances.

Get in touch with Airbnb ASAP over this.

Never cancel yourself!
