In my upcoming reservations it shows as if one guest cancelled although we talked and she told me she didnt.Why and how did this happen?Could somebody please inform me.thanks
Sorry we can't advise you - as this is a forum of hosts. This could be either a technical issue or some form of fraud. Another option would be that a guest's payment hasn't gone through.
If the booking shows as cancelled you will not be paid.
You will need to call Airbnb or reach out to them on Twitter before accepting the guest.
